About Jasmin

Welcome! I’m Jasmin Loza, a Licensed Educational Psychologist based in Modesto, California, and founder of Achiever Maps. My journey in educational psychology began as a behavior therapist for young children with autism, a role that sparked my passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. 

With over 12 years in behavioral and educational support, I hold a Master’s in Education and an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology. I’m also pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology with a concentration in counseling, continually advancing my expertise. 

My diverse background spans roles in private centers, schools, and district programs. I pioneered a mental health program for the Turlock Unified School District, which provided mental health services through school psychologists, an experience that helped shape my holistic approach to student support.

In private practice, I specialize in psychoeducational evaluations, special education consultations, and individual therapy for neurodivergent adolescents and young adults, with a focus on Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and academic stress. My assessments cover intellectual, academic, social, and emotional functioning, aiming to understand and address each client’s unique needs. Collaboration with families is at the core of my work, and I offer complimentary consultations to connect families with the right resources.

Beyond my career, I’m a mother of two daughters, and my family shares a love of golf. I am also the first in my family to earn a master’s degree and now a doctorate, driven by the support of my immigrant parents, who encouraged their five children to succeed despite limited resources. As a bilingual psychologist, I advocate for low-income minority families and ensure they understand their rights and the resources available to them.
