Achiever Maps is a community-based practice that provides psychoeducational evaluations and counseling services to support the families of special needs individuals in Stanislaus County with offices in Modesto, CA and Turlock, CA.
Our role is to partner in your child’s success by mapping out a clear path forward, either through our own services or by connecting you with the right resources in the community. With 12 years of experience working with special needs families, Jasmin understands the challenges parents face and the importance of feeling supported. As a mother and lifelong learner, she’s passionate about bridging this gap for families.
Jasmin’s mission is to empower every family she works with to ensure that they have the guidance and tools needed to help their children thrive. She’ll help you navigate your child’s educational and behavioral needs with empathy and expertise.
